Each department holds its own literary programmes, in which Inter House Competitions like debates, speech, recitation, spell-well and quiz programmes are held. To promote creative talent they are also trained in public speaking & creative writing. Students also participate in various prestigious interschool competitions like N.I.E. debates, H.T. Pace debates and Zonal, State and National Literary competitions. Every year they bring laurels to the school by winning these competitions.

The school is a forerunner in providing students a platform for learning and enjoyment by taking them to various picnics and educational trips to almost every part of our beautiful country, India and abroad, where they can be far from the madding crowd, in the lap of nature.
