A prolific writer-Shri Padam Chand ji authored a series of books on child education and psychology. A well-turned-out seasoned mentor continues to invigorate the Happian spirit.

Shri Babu Lalji,a man of high principles and positive outlook nurtured the institution with optimism and resilience for almost 30 years inspiring all to strive for distinct accomplishment and merit. A gentle and gracious person.Shri Babu lal ji was a driving force in the growth of the institution.

Shri Krishan Kumarji, popularly known as 'KK Sir',took over the reins of Happy School in 1991. He has imbibed the lofty ideals and dynamic vision of his father, Shri Padam Chand Ji. He believes in keeping pace with time and in blending new ideas with old principles. He had a deep insight into education profoundly impacted countless lives. His commitment to excellence is the inspiring legacy that he has left behind for us to emulate.

Ms. Kanta Ansal, the founder principal led the school with integrity and a strong moral compass. A great perfectionist and disciplinarian, she possessed a tender heart full of love and compassion. A person of strong work ethics, grit and determination – Ms. Ansal was truly a stalwart.

Shri S. D. Purohit, a charming and an affable man who worked with great zest and gusto. A stickler for discipline and cleanliness, he worked for the well-being of both students and staff.

Shri Bhatnagar was an exuberant, energetic, enterprising person- passionate and devoted to his work. He was a man of clear insight and discernment. An able administrator, he was greatly loved and respected by teacher & children alike. He focused on all aspects of education. He initiated a large number of extracurricular activities.

The school is bound to reach the zenith with him at the helm.

Mrs. Gita Arora is a beacon for the ever evolving Happy School. The school continues to thrive and excel under the able leadership of Ms.Geeta Arora. Ms. Ruby Vaid is dedicated to creating an excellent academic environment that fosters intellectual curiosity and creativity. She envisions producing world class sportspersons from amongst her students and promotes an open-door policy for parents, students, and teachers. By delegating responsibilities to students, she seeks to nurture them into conscientious leaders. Focusing on holistic growth, she emphasizes the importance of ethics and values to be imparted imperceptibly alongside day-to-day academic lessons.
